Last Wednesday I bought a car from Carsmart, and Mark was very honest and helpful, it was a smooth transaction, And I received the terms I asked for and they told me to bring the car back on Friday so they could replace my brake pads. I had a great experience!!

Went in to get a Jeep that I had been eyeing for quite some time. I bought the car cash and left off the lot super happy. Later that day I ended up being unhappy with the Jeep. Mr. Billy and Ms. Becky did not hesitate to put me in a car I was happier with. I genuinely appreciate all their help with my concerns with the first vehicle and their promptness to get me into a car I can be proud of! A special thank you to Mr. Billy for his transparency and willingness to make me a happy and satisfied customer! Overall, I was indeed happy with the service, the experience and my new car! :)

AMAZING AND GENUINE. Found exactly what I wanted here, my gorgeous gorgeous girl, for a GREAT price. Marc has been absolutely amazing LOVE him. Unfortunately but fortunately within the time of their warranty, one of Chevrolets common problems with these engines has arose, and carsmart is so AMAZING that they are fixing it, taking care of it completely at one of our mechanic shops in our town. My husbands been on the phone with their mechanic who seemed so extremely genuine and concerned about getting our truck fixed asap. Haven’t met the owner yet, but he seems to love his customers and wants to get us taken care of, they all do. Nothing but great people, I’m so glad we went here and not somewhere else where they don’t care what they give you, how it runs, or what happens to it.

The owner and his staff are awesome and treat you with respect. They stand behind their vehicles and they are fairly priced. Would buy from them again.
